With a whole new rebrand, it was only right that they had a website that reflected their new style and approach in the micro giving space.

Microhive was ready to take their brand to the next level, starting with a complete rebrand by Brand Potential. Microhive offers a micro giving platform for various customer types, including Workplaces, Charities, Pensioners, and their newest addition, Suppliers. The main challenge was to ensure the user journey was smooth and tailored for each customer type while showcasing the fresh new branding.
We kicked things off with a workshop day with the Microhive team. We dove deep into making the website flow seamlessly without duplicating content (great for SEO) and ensuring the user journey was simple and clear. It was crucial that each customer type had a tailored user experience suited to their needs.
We used insights from the workshop to create user personas, mapping out the needs and pain points of each customer type. This helped us design intuitive navigation and relevant content for everyone from corporate clients to individual donors.
A bespoke website that flaunts the new branding with the unique shapes crafted by Brand Potential. The site is energetic, easy to navigate, and even has a few hidden Easter eggs for extra fun. The launch was a hit, with over 70 sign-ups in just the first week!
With the successful launch behind us, we’re excited to see how the new platform will continue to grow. Next on the agenda is integrating more interactive features which will help MircoHive expand their marketing efforts.
