The Challenge

BTF Partnership is one of the leading independent rural chartered surveyors and property estate agents in Kent and East Sussex. Their old website was visually outdated, difficult for customers to use, slow to load and time consuming to edit.

They approached our professional web designers to create a brand new website to modernise and elevate their image, make finding properties easier and reduce manual admin.

The Solution

We designed and built a bespoke website on a WordPress platform that has easy to use property search functionality, simple navigation and a modern design.

We also integrated the website with Alto (Zoopla property software) via an API feed, pulling through all of BTF’s property data straight into the website.

The Result

Reduced admin time – BTF used to have to upload all properties both to their internal property software and website, creating hours of admin and duplicated work. Now, they upload properties to their software and we pull it to the website automatically via an API integration.
A modern new look – BTF have a branded, smart and professional design that capitalises on current modern design thinking, such as the expandable side menu feature.
Happier BTF customers – the enhanced search functionality makes it easier and quicker for users to find the property they’re looking for, rather than having to scroll through pages of wrong results as they did on the old site.
